Before you book
How do online sessions work?
Sessions happen over Google Meet. After you book and pay, you receive a calendar invite with the Meet link by email, plus a WhatsApp confirmation. All you need is a quiet, private space and a stable internet connection.
Where are in-person sessions held?
In-person therapy and clinical hypnotherapy sessions are available in Mumbai. The address is shared with you when your booking is confirmed.
When is my slot confirmed?
Your chosen time is held for 10 minutes while you pay. As soon as your payment succeeds, the slot is booked for you and turns grey for everyone else.
How do I pay?
Pay online through Razorpay's secure checkout using UPI apps (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit or credit cards, netbanking or wallets. We never see or store your card or bank details, and a receipt is emailed to you.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the session are subject to the full session fee. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
Are sessions confidential?
Yes. What you share stays private, within the limits explained in our Confidentiality & Privacy Policy.
